Zemon Joins List of Successfull and Innovative Business Leaders in North Carolina for Customer Support and Cable Billing Services
DURHAM, NC – October 2, 2009 –Matt Zemon, President, Element Customer Care has been honored by Business Leader Magazine as a Triangle “Mover & Shaker” for 2009. The magazine’s sixth annual award celebrates notable business people who have demonstrated successful and inventive leadership of their organization. Through Element Customer Care, Zemon provides a U.S. customer service call center, technical support and a CSG Systems billing solution for cable, broadband and telecommunications operators.
